XY Tool & Die's inspection capabilities are one of the best in the industry. We pride ourselves at XY at
being extremely versatile depending upon our customer's needs and requirements. We are able to utilize any of
our three Zeiss CMM machines for small components used in the medical industry to large assemblies used in the
automotive industry. We have (2) CMM's with 28" X 40" tables and one machine with a 40" X 96" capabilities. Our
experienced team of Quality Technicians have the capability of programming for any of your needs in order to
reduce total inspection time.
For those especially difficult forms or small parts where conventional CMM inspection is extremely difficult, XY also utilizes an Optical Comparator for inspection. This machine is a Starrett HCS800 with a 32" screen complete with CNC capabilities.
